They are genuinely amazing and honest. They take good care of the car. Relatively easy to book with availability. They also accept last-minute bookings, which is great if you’re in a pinch. They usually return the car back same day. never had any issues and highly recommend.

Got charged $830 just for my car to sound the same if not worse on the drive home. When I called to discuss my concern the man I talked to could not have cared less about me and seemed to only care about covering their own butt. Continued saying it must have been something that happened after I left the shop and made sure I knew that I would be getting charged again if I brought it back to them. Even after I assured him I hadn’t even driven a mile when I noticed the same noise that made me bring it in. I guess I expected a little more care or concern for their customer after spending over $800 for no improvement but luckily Quality Automotive in brewer took very good care of me after! They didn’t even charge me a full hours worth of work because they said they figured out the issue and fixed it in 45 minutes. $108 later my car was perfect and I had myself a new car repair shop. Thanks for ripping me off swetts! Pretty sad you guys had my car all day and couldn’t notice the issue Quality Automotive saw almost immediately. Best of luck to anybody doing business here.

I seriously cannot say enough nice things about Toby at Swett's State Street. Toby is realistic, honest and never makes me feel like a person who knows nothing about cars (which is actually true)! Toby at Swett's is trustworthy and reliable. Believe me, I've been to other places and brought him their estimates. He's literally saved me thousands of dollars. I even send my mom there now!

Toby is the BEST! He is a very honest mechanic. I have continued to use Swett's off State Street since it opened. If y'all are looking for a place to take your car for repairs, tires, or an inspection, look no further. It is also very reasonably priced.

Quick & friendly service, reasonable prices and I feel like Toby is a real straight shooter. He tells you what needs to be done, gives plenty of options and tries to save you money whenever possible. Glad to have found him, I trust him with our cars and recommend him highly.
